Our groundworks and landscaping team has been working in Dawlish on a lovely little garden. When we started this project, the garden and an old garage was very over grown.

Our team got to work by demolishing parts of the garage to space for the new patio area. Then garden was graded with the excavator to ensure it was to form. With the area prepared, a new level lawn was laid with fresh turf.

The old stone walls were demolished and rebuilt creating a new wider drive. With a more stable garden walls in place, the drive way was then prepared for concreting. To keep with the clean theme, all of the internal walls were rendered and the tops of walls were rounded.

To finish off the project, we laid the new patio in place of the old garage with surrounding drainage for the winter months. The new lawn was freshly mown to nicely round off the project.
